Users who do not have NetID credentials can look up courses using the Guest Search tool in the Student Administration System. 

Changes have been made to the Guest Search procedure. Scroll down to the below section, New Functionalities for Fall 2020, for a brief overview of these changes.

To use the Guest Search tool, 

  1. Navigate to the Student Administration System. 
  2. Click on the View Courses option in the ribbon at the top of the page. 
  3. Click on the Search Results tab. 

    • You will then be directed to a page that features a variety of search criteria that you can use to narrow down the scope of your search for more relevant results. 


New Functionalities for Fall 2020

The ongoing COVID-19 pandemic has brought multiple changes to the way in which courses will be delivered. With the upgraded Guest Search tool, users will now be able to:

  • Filter search results to display In Person Classes Only--i.e., courses that can only be attended in person.

    In person course types include split and hybrid/blended classes.

  • Filter search results to display Online Classes Only--i.e., courses that can only be taken online.  

    Online course types include distance learning classes.

    (online or distance learning)

  • Search for up to 4 subjects at a time
