If you are a faculty member that uses the Blackboard-Webex integration tool in your HuskyCT course and are having difficulty accessing that tool, please follow the guide below to get your class up and running.

  1. Log into UConn Webex with your NetID.
  2. Check if you can see your Meeting on your Webex home page

    1. If you see your Meeting, click on it's title.
    2. If you do not see your Meeting listed here, click on View all meetings. When you find the Meeting, click on its title.
  3. Once you are looking at the Meeting information, click on the copy button. This button looks like two, overlapping rectangles.
  4. Clicking this button copies all the Meeting information into your Clipboard. To share this information, you simply need to paste the information somewhere.
    To paste, press Ctrl+V on your keyboard, or use your mouse to right-click and Paste.

  5. To begin the class, click on the green Start Meeting button.
