Viewing Class Schedules (Advisors)

Advisors can view class schedules in the Student Administration System.

To view class schedules as an advisor,

1. Click the NavBar icon in the top right-hand corner. 
   
2. Click the Navigator button from the menu. 
   
3. Click the Self Service tab. 
   
   
4. Click the Advisor Center tab. 
   
   
5. Click the My Advisees tab. The My Advisees page will display. 
   
6. Click the the View Student Details link to see an advisee's Student Center.  
   
   
   

7. Click My Class Schedule link.
   
   

   Alternatively, click the Weekly Schedule link.  
   

   Notice the view displays with the individual advisee's schedule in a calendar format.  

   

8. Select the Term and then click Continue.
   
   
   
9. From the Class Schedule view, check off the desired Filter Options, as appropriate.
   
10. Click Filter.
