In order to change the content of the message center, you need Super Admin level access. The process is very simple—
- Navigate to the PS Payroll System and log-in using your NetID and NetID password
- Click on Edit Message link
Change anything that is not enclosed with a "<" or ">" — examples of what should not be touched, is shown by highlighted parts in the screenshot below:
Tip
To make editing easier, you may choose to put the changeable content on its own line, as shown below, where everything within the green boxes is okay to change—
- Finally, choose where to post the message:
- If the message is specific to Police Department at the Storrs Campus, click on "Save & Post to Storrs ONLY",
- Otherwise, click on "Save & Post to All Sub-Stations"
- If the message is specific to Police Department at the Storrs Campus, click on "Save & Post to Storrs ONLY",
