Troubleshooting
In the event that accessing either a CNAME or an Alias does not work after the firewall changes, try one / combo of the following—
- Try an incognito (Google Chrome) or InPrivate window (MS Edge)
Try flushing dns — on windows:
Open command prompt (click on the Start Menu → Start typing "Command Prompt" and select "Command Prompt")
Type the following command:
Flush DNSipconfig /flushdns
- Repeat step 1, above.
- As a last resort (provided firewall rules are working for others but not yourself), restart your machine
