Symptoms
Printer Reports Resources Unavailable Error
Cause
User sent a print job in a size other then US Letter (8 1/2 by 11) to the printer
Workaround
Restart the Printer, have the user resend the job selecting the correct paper size. Some reformatting may be needed. If user was charged for the failed print job, release the job through the portal, making sure charge to user is unchecked.
