Saving WebFOCUS Standard Report parameters give you the ability to open the report and run it automatically at a later time.  After a report is saved, you can rename, run, or delete your saved reports, as desired.  

Saving your Parameters 

  1. Open the report that you would like to run. 
  2. Enter your parameters, then click Save. Your report will save in your My Content folder.

Running a Saved Report 

  1. Navigate to your saved report. 
  2. Right-click and select Run, or double-click the report name to execute the request.  The report will display when complete.

Rename a Saved Report 

  1. Navigate to your saved report. 
  2. Right-click and select Change Title.

Deleting a Saved Report 

  1. Navigate to your saved report. 
  2. Right-click and select Delete.
