This article is for administrators seeking information regarding managing student addresses in the Student Administration System, and will provide instructions on how to do so. 

Updating an Existing Address Type

To update an existing address, 

  1. Enter criteria to search for the student on the Find an Existing Value page. 
  2. At the top of the page, locate the address type you wish to update.
  3. Click Edit/View Address Detail.
  4. Click the + symbol.
  5. Change the Effective Date as needed.
  6. Enter the Country code. To select a Country code
    1. Click the magnifying glass icon to the right of the field from the Lookup List.
    2. On the Lookup Country page, click Look Up. A list of values for Country will display.
    3. Click View All for all Country codes to appear.

      The Country code must be entered first to view the appropriate fields for the Address.
  7. Click Update Addresses.
  8. Enter the address information.

    Address information should be entered using appropriate upper and lower case.
  9. Click OK.
  10. Click OK.
  11. Click Save.
