Feedback can be given to students on any work the student submits that can be graded. This article provides instructional support on feedback in the Ultra view

Giving Feedback on Assignments
Navigate to the Gradebook
Select the assignment you want to put feedback on and click on it
You will be brought to the students' attempts. Click on the attempt you want to put feedback on. On the right side of the page, you will find the Feedback for student option
You can click in the text box to type your feedback and press Save
Adding Media to Feedback
Once you get to the Feedback page, select the “+” sign. This will allow you to upload content to your feedback like a video or a file
Giving Feedback on Exams
Go to the Gradebook
Find the exam you are grading and click on it
You should see all of your students' attempts. If you click on a student’s name, you should be able to see their attempt
On the right side of the page, you will find the Feedback for student option
Give your feedback and press Save
Automatic Feedback
Instructors can give automatic feedback for specific answers on exams
This must be done while making/editing the actual Test/Quiz
The different types of questions that have the option for automatic feedback
When using one of these options, the setting for Automatic Feedback will show. You can add feedback for and incorrect answer on any question.
When you are all set with your test edits, hit Save
