In Webex Meetings, participants can raise their hand to obtain the attention of of the Host. Webex also refers to this button as "Ask to Speak" when using Webex Events.
The Host will see the Participants in the order that they raised their hands.
The rest of the Participants will remain in alphabetical order below those raising their hands.
Raising Hand in Meeting
If you need to open your Participant Panel (shown above), do so by clicking on the Participants button that sits at the bottom of the window.
In the Participant Panel, click on the hand icon that resides next to your own name. The hand appears when you hover your cursor over your name.
Click this button again to lower your hand.
Click on the ellipsis button near the red X.
Click Raise Hand.
Repeat these steps to lower your Hand.
