This article is for faculty and staff who wish to hide specific columns from the instructor view of grade center.

Make sure to hide the column from student view before hiding the column from instructor view. More information on this can be found here.

Hiding a Grade Center Column from Instructor View

  1. Under Course Management Control Panel, click Grade Center, then select Full Grade Center.

  2. Locate the column you would like to hide and click on the gray down arrow icon to bring up the options menu. Click on “Hide from Instructor View”.

  1. Under Course Management Control Panel, click Grade Center, then select Full Grade Center.

  2. Go to “Manage” at the top of the Grade Center and then to “Column Organization.

  3. On the next screen, check the box next to any hidden columns you want to show.
  4. Click on the “Show/Hide” button. Select “Show Selected Columns” from the menu that appears.
  5. Click "Submit" to save the changes.
