The camera and microphones are sent to either the room’s Computer, Laptop HDMI,or HDMI USB-C. If you have Computer selected as your source, then the devices camera/mics are sent to the Computer to be used with a video conferencing program (Webex, Teams, Zoom, etc.). If you have either the Laptop HDMI or HDMI USB-C source selected, the devices camera/mics are sent over the USB-A cable that comes out of the technology rack. Be sure to plug the this USB-A cable into your laptop.

This room has the optional feature of “source-destination” display routing. This means you can send different Sources to specific displays. Each column of buttons represents a single display. Choose a source listed below a display to send it to that display only.
To return the room to its default, single-display mode, simply choose a source on the main Select a source screen. |
