These instructions describe the process of picking up and dropping off a device to the Technology Support Center - Device Support.

If you are receiving a new machine or freshly re-imaged machine, be sure to login for the first time while on campus. If you wait until you get off-campus to login for the first time, Windows may not be able to load your account. More details are provided in an included informational sheet.
