"Webex Events (classic)" has been replaced by "Webex Webinars ". This transition was automatic, however Events that were scheduled before this change have not been, and cannot be, converted to the new platform.

Concurrent Session Limit
Note

Users may schedule up to 5 concurrent sessions. Both Webex Meetings and Webex Webinars count towards this quota.

Tip

The Host of the Webinars shouldn’t always be the speaker or the leader, often the Host role should be given to the user tasked with monitoring/managing the session.
