These instructions describe the process of picking up and dropping off a device to the Technology Support Center's Device Support team. If you are receiving a new machine or freshly re-imaged machine, be sure to login for the first time while on campus. If you wait until you get off-campus to login for the first time, Windows or MacOS will not be able to load your account. More details are provided in an included informational sheet. |
Pickup or Drop-off Procedure
You will receive a link (provided below) in your Jira ticket that asks you to schedule a time to drop off / pick up your device. This is also the location to pick up loaner laptops/iPads.
At your scheduled time, go to the Technology Support Center - Quick Support located on Level 1 of the Homer Babbidge Library.
