To accessbegin, go to CHAD. Under reports, click on Sabbatical Report:

It will then bring you to this screen:

Select the Fiscal Year you want to review, the department, and then hit “run report”. It will look like this once it’s done running:

If anything on this report looks incorrect, please reach out to your BSC contact. Only Full Year Sabbaticals will have 50% leave savings, the rest will have 0%.
The Sabbatical Semester dates for FY24 are as follows:
Fall 2023: 8/23/23-2/2122/24
Spring 2024: 2/2223/24-8/22/24
Annual Year: 8/23/23-8/22/24
