After downloading the app, you do not need to open the app.
Visit Device Management Portal and sign in with your NetID and NetID password.
Click on Manage Devices and enter your UConn email address and then enter your NetID password.
Click on Add a device.
Choose Duo Mobile.
Enter your new phone number and then confirm that it was entered correctlyClick on I have a tablet to bypass adding a phone number, as your number may change.
Click Next if you have already installed the Duo Mobile app.
Open the Duo Mobile app you installed earlier and click on + Add then click on Use QR code.
Scan the QR code with your phone’s camera.
The new account will be added to Duo as “University of Connecticut”. You may leave this name as it is.
