If you are receiving a new machine or freshly re-imaged machine, be sure to login for the first time while on campus. If you wait until you get off-campus to login for the first time, Windows or MacOS will not be able to load your account. More details are provided in an included informational sheet. |

As of August 16th, Quick Support will be moving back to the 1st floor of the Homer Babbidge Library. Our North Entrance location is closed and we ask that you come to the 1st floor for in person appointments troubleshoot your device. Pick up and Drop off of devices can now be done at the Library loading dock. When you arrive please call 860-486-6540 |
