Staff and faculty can use digital solutions for displaying a room schedule. This service is offered utilize a digital signage service provided by Academic IT to display room booking information. These signs are mounted outside the entrance(s) of rooms and display the name and time of events. Passersby can view this sign to find the availability of the room. If you would like to use this option for service with your room, please follow the instructions below.

  1. Request an assessment using thisĀ request form.

  1. After the assessment is complete a quote will be provided for equipment.

  2. A network jack is needed for the digital signage installation. Please complete thisĀ form.

  3. The calendar that you use to schedule the conference room will need to have a public link created for the signage system to be able to read the event information. You will need to request this link by sending a message to techsupport@uconn.edu.
