Swapping Monitor Roles (Primary and Secondary)
On your laptop, type "settings" into the Windows search bar at the bottom left, and click to open the Settings app. Then choose System, and then Display.
Scroll down to the Multiple Displays section and select Extend These Displays.
Scroll back to the top. Under the Select and Rearrange Displays section, drag and drop each display to rearrange them according to their physical layout on your desktop.
Updating Firmware
Download the Driver and Firmware from the Dell Product Support page.
Plug in monitor 1 only.
Run both the firmware and driver installers.
Plug in monitor 2 only.
Run only the firmware installer.
Connect everything again.
