  1. Alternatively, you can access your Academic Requirements by clicking the My Academics link and then clicking the View my advisement report link.

On the My Academic Requirements page, click the Submit Final Plan of Study button. This button does not display unless you have already applied for graduation.

  1. Click the Cancel button to cancel your request.

  1. Click the OK button to send your request to your advisor.

  1. Alternatively, navigate to the Student Center. 
  2. In the Academics section, select Plan of Study Approvals from the drop-down list. 
  3. Click the GO icon to access the Plan of Study Approvals page.

  2.  Select Advisement Reports from the tile menu.

  3. Select the Run Standard Report button on the Advisement Reports landing page. After a few moments, the Standard Advisement Reportwill display in a new tab.

  4. Click Submit Final Plan of Study.

  5. Click OK to confirm your request.

  6. You will be prompted with a comment box for each of your majors and minors. The title of the major/minor is listed in the header of the comment box. Comments and attachments should be provided for anything that needs explanation, additional approval, or does not show as satisfied on your My Academic Requirements Report.

  7. Click OK to submit your comments with your Final Plan of Study. Once submitted, you will receive an email confirmation and your plan of study will be routed directly to your advisor. You can you monitor your Final Plan of Study status through View My Plan of Study Approvals.
