Polycom Speakerphone Features 

Mute

Pressing MUTE allows you to hear your caller, but with the caller can’t unable to hear you.

Using a Polycom Speakerphone 

To use a Polycom speakerphoneSpeakerphone, 

  1. Place the Polycom in the center of the table, away from papers and other objects.

  2. Plug the power unit into an electrical outlet.

  3. Plug the short cable into an “active”

  4. ANALOG
  5. analog (single-line) jack.

  6. Plug the long cable into the bottom of the Polycom set.

  7. To place a call, press the ON/OFF switch. Then,
