• The degree checkout status of AG (Applied for Graduation) and Expected Graduation Term on a student’s academic program record denotes that the student has applied to graduate for the noted term.

• The degree checkout status of AW (Degree Awarded) and a noted Completion Term denotes the student was awarded the degree in the given Completion Term.
