Faculty, staff, and students may run into Error Code: 80180014 when installing Microsoft 365 apps on their personal devices.
Cause
ITS has disabled a feature that asserts presents itself during the installation of Microsoft 365 apps on personal and university-owned devices. The function purpose of this feature is to add integrate the computer to UConn’s into UConn's institutional computer management system. This functionality is not appropriate suitable for personal devices and can cause issues for users may lead to user issues if their devices get become enrolled.

Fix
During the installation process, do not check the Allow my organization to manage my device. Instead, click on No, sign into this app only.
