1. Click on the OneDrive App icon.

   1. In Windows, check the bottom right corner of your screen for the blue cloud icon.

   2. In macOS, check your top menu bar for the OneDrive cloud icon.

2. Click on the Settings gear and then Settings.

   

3. Click on the Sync and Backup tab.

   

4. Click on Download all files.
