If your Mac computer and/or iOS device are managed by JAMF Jamf you may have access to the JAMF Jamf Self Service app. The JAMF Self Service app contains applications and resources that are available to your specific device. The apps and resources available in the Self Service app can differ from device to device. The apps and resources available in the Self Service app can also differ depending on the NetID used to log into vary across device types and users accessing the app.
macOS
Go to the Applications folder and search for the "Self Service" app. If you do not see the Self Service app in the Applications folder, then the computer is not being managed by JAMFJamf. If you believe this is a mistake, please contact your departmental IT support.
If your device is managed by JAMF Jamf and you delete the Self Service app, it will get automatically reinstalled after the device's next Inventory Update.
iOS
The app should appear as one of the apps installed on the device.
Not all JAMF Jamf managed iOS devices will have the Self Service app installed on them ; this depends depending on how the iPad is configuredthey are deployed. For example, iOS devices configured as a Kiosk kiosk (locked to one app) will not have the Self Service app available on them.
If your device is managed by JAMF Jamf and you delete the Self Service app, it will get automatically reinstalled after the device's next Inventory Update.
