Requesting Captions
Go to the full Kaltura WebsiteKaltura’s website: Kaltura.uconn.edu
In the right-hand corner, select Guest, and then Login.

Under Order Captions, you can choose between machine-generated captions, or to align captions by uploading a text file. After making your selection, choose Submit.
A notification will appear signaling that your request is being processed. It may take as long as 24 hours for captions to appear, depending on the length of the video.
Once captions have been completed, you will be notified via email. For more information about editing Kaltura video captions, see Editing the Captions in a Kaltura Video.
