Place a Call
To place a call using the handset:

Dial the number.
Lift the handset.
Answer a Call
To answer an incoming call, you can:
Lift handset OR
Press the Answer softkey.
Decline a Call
To immediately forward a ringing call to voicemail, press the Decline softkey.
End a Call
To end a call, you can:
Hang-up handset OR
Press the EndCall softkey.
Hold a Call
To place a call on hold:
Press the Hold button.
To retrieve a held call:
Press the Resume softkey OR
Press the Hold button.
Transfer a call
Verify that you are in an active call (not on hold).
Press the Transfer button.
Enter the transfer recipient’s phone number.
Wait for the recipient to answer or skip to Step 5.
Press the Transfer button again.
Redial a Number
To redial the last call placed/received/missed:

Lift the handset and press the bottom dot on the navigation panel.
Select a number from your call history.
Conference Calls
To start a conference call:
Press the Conference button.
Enter the participant’s phone number.
Press the Conference softkey to add participant to your call.
Repeat to add additional participants.

NOTE: You can only remove participants if you initiated the conference.
Forward All Incoming Calls to Another Number
To immediately forward all your incoming calls to another number,
Confirm that you are not in an active call.
Press the Forward All softkey.
Dial the extension or telephone number you wish to forward calls to.
Forward All Incoming Calls to Voicemail
Confirm that you are not in an active call.
Press the Forward All softkey.
Press the Messages button.
Deactivate Call Forwarding
Press the Forward off softkey.
Corporate Directory
Press the Contacts button.
Select Corporate Directory.
Select either First Name, Last Name or Number.
Enter the search criteria, press Submit, and select a contact.
Press Dial to place a call to the contact.
Change Ringtone
Press the Applications button.
Select Settings.
Select Ringtone.
Press Play to play the ringtone or press Set to select the ringtone.
Voicemail
Personalize your Voicemail
Initial Setup:
Press the Messages button.
Enter the default PIN (147258).
Follow the prompts to record your name, greeting, and a personal PIN.
Message Waiting Indicators (MWI)
Solid red light on your handset OR
Message Icon on a line.
Retrieve your Voice Messages
Press the Messages button.
Forward a Voicemail
To Forward via the Phone Prompts:
Listen to the new message.
Hit 6 to forward.
Provide an introduction.
Hit ##, enter the extension and then #.
