1. Log in to HuskyCT.

2. Click on My Kaltura Media. Alternatively,

   1. Navigate to Mediaspace.

   2. Click Guest. 

   3. Click My Media to log in.

3. Click on the title of the video to which you wish to add captioning.

4. Below the video on the right-hand side, click Actions. 

5. Select Caption and Enrich.
   Note: The “Mechanical” “Machine captioning” option is 70% to 80% accurate and is the only option free of charge. Be sure to edit the captions after they are created so that they are ADA compliant, which is close to 99% accurate.

6. Click Submit to confirm your selection. The captions should be added within 30 minutes. You will receive an email when they are complete.

7. Once your captions are complete, see Edit the Captions in a Kaltura Video for instructions on how to edit them.
