If you are using the Livestream as mentioned in the green Tip above, remember to only send the join link to your speaking participants. The audience should only receive the livestream link or information on how to view it.
Add your "Panelists" to the Attendees field. If they have a UConn email address, be sure to use that one. When the UConn attendee appears below the text entry box, click on the person icon to designate them as a Cohost.
If you are unable to add them as a Cohost, ask them to follow this guide to complete the first-time setup: Using Your Webex Account.
You may also add non-Panelists here; simply do not click on the person icon so they are not marked as a Cohost.
