If on campus, you need to be connected either to ethernet or UCONN-Secure wireless. When taken off campus, for all non-ITS managed machines, you first have to connect to the UConn Network using the University’s VPN Client. If your laptop is managed by ITS, it will have Direct Access enabled and the Pulse VPN client should not be necessary. Verify your internet connection by going to a fresh webpage before attempting to remap the Q: drive. |
