1. The Webex mobile app is available for Android and iOS devices. Click on the appropriate link to download the app.

2. Open the app.

3. Tap on the Sign In button.

4. If you are a UConn user and have a NetID, enter your UConn email and follow this guide. If you do not have a NetID, enter your personal email and follow the app instructions without following this guide further.

5. If "you are asked to enter your site URL, enter uconn-cmr.webex.com" is available, choose it. If you do not see that choice, use the Enter site URL button to type it in.

6. Enter your NetID and NetID password.

7. Optional: If you have 2FA set up with DuoIf prompted, accept the notification to proceedDUO authentication.

8. Swipe once from the right to the left to see your Meetings.

9. Swipe again to see your Recordings.

10. You will then be brought to your Webex Home screen.

Using the Mobile App

Once installed, navigate the app by swiping your finger across the screen or by pressing the buttons at the bottom of the screen.

1. To return to another page, swipe your finger in the opposite direction or use one of the buttons at the bottom of the page.Messaging screen. You will likely not need this tab; click on Meetings to find a familiar screen.
