Sign Out Open Outlook Click the icon in the top left corner to open the app settings. A menu should slide in from the left. Click the gear icon near the bottom left to access Outlook settings. Under “Mail Accounts” select your UConn email account. Scroll to the bottom and click the Delete Account button. Click Delete again to confirm.
Sign Back In If the UConn account was the only account in Outlook, you will automatically be brought to the “Add Account” screen. Otherwise, repeat steps 1-3 above to get back to the Outlook settings menu, and select Add Mail Account. Enter your UConn email address and NetID password, you will receive the DUO 2FA prompt to confirm.
