  • If the Panel appears to be off, tap on it once to wake it up.

  • (1) Projector Mute: This button will mute the projector/displays and is much faster than turning the projector off and on again. The projector needs to enter a cooling and warming period if you turn it fully OFFcompletely off using the ON / OFF buttons.

  • (2) Display Controls: This will bring you to the page that has the controls for the projector screen and projector, monitors in the room, and lighting controls (depending on the room).

  • (3) Laptop USB-C: The USB-C cables carry the video signal of newer Laptops that do not have a full-size HDMI portLaptops and some handheld devices. You do not need ThunderBolt for this option and the cable ONLY carries a video signal (no USB connection).

  • (4) Wireless Presentation/WePresent: This source allows you to wirelessly share your laptop, phone, or tablet screen with the classroom.If there is a WePresent in the room, please use a physical HDMI connection to share video content.

  • (5) Video Conferencing: Some UConn rooms have equipment that allows for video calls and the ability to join Webex sessionsclassroom-to-classroom video calling.

  • (6) Kaltura Live Lecture Capture: The classroom system can record your lecture directly to your Kaltura account. You may also have the option to Live-Stream your lecture in real-time (45-second delay, one-way communication).
