Download the plugin at Webex Plug-in for Outlook on Windows.
Close Outlook and re-open the application for the changes to take effect.
Once installed, the Outlook ribbon will show the options for "Meet Now" and "Schedule Meeting." The dropdown drop-down arrow next to Schedule Meeting provides further options and the ability to set preferences.

"Old" Outlook Interface
Navigate to the Get Add-ins button on the menu ribbon.
Use the search function to find Cisco Webex Scheduler.
Once installed, the option for Webex meetings will appear when you create a new meeting on the calendar tab.
