Staff and faculty can use digital solutions for displaying a room schedule. This service is offered by Academic IT. If you would like to use this option for your room, please follow the instructions below.
- Request an assessment using thisĀ request form.
- Purchase the following equipment:
- Mimo MCT-10HPQ-POE-L
- Peerless SmartMount Universal Flat Wall Mount (MFR Part: SF630)
- A network jack is needed for the digital signage installation. Please complete thisĀ form.
- The calendar that you use to schedule the conference room will need to have a public link created for the signage system to be able to read the event information. You will need to request this link by sending a message to techsupport@uconn.edu.
