On-campus printing at Wepa print stations is available to the public. Guests who are not affiliated with the University and do not have a NetID need to create and manage their funds and files on a guest Wepa account.

Note

UConn faculty, staff, and students already have accounts and do not need to create one. 

Creating a Wepa account as a Visitor or Guest

  1. Register using the online form on Wepa's website.

  2. In the "Select School" drop-down list, select A Guest User and click the Register tab.

  3. Fill out the information requested and submit the form.

  4. Once your account is created, you will receive a confirmation that your registration is complete.

Depositing Funds into your Wepa Account

  1. Log in to your Wepa account and click Deposit Funds.

  2. Select the amount of money you would like to deposit. Please note there is a $5.00 minimum deposit required.

  3. Select a payment method (either card or PayPal).

Printing with your Wepa Account

  1. Upload your files to your Wepa account.

  2. Visit any Print Station on campus and follow the screen prompts to release your print job.
