Pickup or Drop-off Procedure

  1. You will receive a link (provided below) in your Jira ticket that asks you to schedule a time to drop off / pick up your device. This is also the location to pick up loaner laptops/iPads.

  2. At your scheduled time, go to the Technology Support Center - Quick Support located on Level 1 of the Homer Babbidge Library.
