Faculty, staff and student workers with Outlook email accounts can be given access to Office 365 calendars that have been created by users.

Sharing Calendars through Office 365 Outlook Web Access
- Log into Office 365 by going to http://email.uconn.edu and clicking Office 365.
- Enter your UConn email address and NetID password if prompted.
- Click on the grid icon in the upper left-hand corner.
- Click on the Outlook icon in the window that appears.
Once Outlook opens up, click the calendar icon at the bottom of the window.
- Click on Share in top right corner of the screen.
- Select the Calendar you would like to share from the drop-down menu.
- Add the name/email of the user you would like to share the calendar with.
- Click Share to send the invite to the recipient.
