Outlook Web Access
- Log into Office 365 by going to http://email.uconn.edu
- Open the Calendar app
- Right-click on the calendar you wish to share with others
- Choose Sharing and permissions
- Enter the email address(es) of those you wish and clicking Office 365.
- Enter your UConn email address and NetID password if prompted.
- Click on the grid icon in the upper left-hand corner.
- Click on the Outlook icon in the window that appears.
Once Outlook opens up, click the calendar icon at the bottom of the window.
- Click on Share in top right corner of the screen.
- Select the Calendar you would like to share from the drop-down menu.
- Add the name/email of the user you would like to share the calendar with
- Choose the permission details
- Click Share
- The individual(s) will receive an email with a link to Open this Calendar
- The recipient may receive a warning message about opening the calendar. If so, they should click Yes
- The calendar will open and will become available in the existing calendar list.
- Click Share to send the invite to the recipient.
