  1. Launch Firefox.
  2. At the top right hand corner of the browser, click the menu button. 
  3. Select OptionsHistory.
  4. Select Security and Privacy.
  5. Scroll down to Cookies and Site Data and select Clear Data.
  6. Ensure both Cookies and Cache are selected.
  7. Select Clear NowSelect Clear Recent History.
  8. Ensure the time range is set to Everything.
  9. Check the boxes for Cookies and Cache.
  10. Select OK.
