Page Comparison

Staff can search for an asset on the Capital Assets page in Kuali Financial Systems Financials (KFS).   

1. Navigate to theCapital Assets page. 
2. Click Asset. 

3. To search for multiple assets, enter the pipe symbol between each asset, as shown in the field highlighted below.

   The pipe symbol (|) is located below the Backspace key on your keyboard.

   
   

   All the tag numbers you include in your search will show up in the Search Results section.
