Staff can create an account delegate model in the Account section of the Chart of Accounts page in Kuali Financial Systems Financials (KFS). Staff may use account delegate models when creating new accounts that require delegations in order to define a common delegation structure to set up delegation structures for the organization (department).
Once the model is created, users can easily apply this model to accounts by using the Create New Global from Model menu option menu option. Doing so saves time if users have complex delegations , like different such as different delegates based on eDoc typeon eDoc type.
Creating the Model
- Click on Account Delegate Model.
- Click on Create New.
- Complete all required fields, including the Account Delegate Model Name field.
