Pickup or Drop-off Procedure

ITS Quick Support has moved back to the 1st floor of the Homer Babbidge Library. Our North Entrance location is closed and we ask that you come to the 1st floor for in person appointments troubleshoot your device. Pick up and Drop off of devices can now be done at the Library loading dock. When you arrive please call 860-486-5620 |
- You will receive a link (provided below) in your Jira ticket that asks you to schedule a time to drop off / pick up your device. This is also the location to pickup loaner laptops/iPads.
At your scheduled time, go to the Homer Babbidge
Library Loading Dock located on Babbidge Road.

Info If you have larger items and would like someone to meet you at the Library loading dock. Please call 860-486-6540 when you arrive and someone will meet you at the loading dock.
The TSC Quick Support Desk is located on the first floor of the Library.
15-Minute Short Term Parking can be found next to the Library loading dock
Long Term Parking (Longer than 15 Minute) can be found in the South Garage.
