- Go to the Applications Folder and search for the "Self Service" app.
- If you do not see the Self Service app in the Applications folder then the computer is not being managed by JAMF.
- If your device is managed by JAMF and you delete the Self Service app it will get automatically reinstalled after the devices next Inventory Update.
iOS
- The app should appear as one of the apps installed on the device.
- Not all JAMF managed iOS devices will have the Self Service app installed on them, this depends on the how the iPad is configured.
- For example, iOS devices configured as a Kiosk will not have the Self Service app available on them.
