When you have a group of people to send scheduled reports to on an ongoing basis, creating a distribution list is helpful, as you can reuse a predefined set of users in a distribution list.

- The saved distribution list automatically saves to to your My Content folder. Navigate to the My Content folder and click to select the distribution list.
Right-click on the distribution list to:
-Edit,
-Duplicate
-Delete,
-Change Title,
-And More...
