Students can submit their Final Plan of Study through the Student Administration System.

A Final Plan of Study is required for all students who intend to graduate, except for Nursing and Pharmacy students. The . Some programs only accept paper plans of study, while other programs require an electronic plan of study to be submitted through the Student Administration System. Check with your advisor or department to find out how your plan of study should be submitted. The instructions below can be used to submit your Final Plan of Study is due on or before the fourth week of your final semester.  The process described here generates a report which is routed directly to your advisorthrough the Student Administration System.

  1. Log in to your Student Administration System account. 
  2. Click the Academic Progress & AdvisingGraduation tile on the homepageStudent Homepage.

  3. Click the Academic Requirements tab .  
    Image Removedin the left menu. After a few moments, My Academic Requirements Report will display within the browser

  4. Click the Submit Final Plan of Study button.
  5. Click

    the OK button. 
  6. Entering Comments & Add Attachments are optional. 
  7. Confirm your request by clicking the OK button.
    • If you do not wish to continue, you can click the Cancel button to cancel your request. The request will then be routed to the assigned advisor's workflow list and the dean for review/approval.

Via the Graduation 

To submit your Final Plan of Study from the Graduation tile,

  1. Log in to your Student Administration System account. 
  2. Click theGraduation tile on the homepage.

  3. Click the Academic Requirements tab. My Academic Requirements will display within the browser.

  4. Click the Submit Final Plan of Study button.

  5. Click the OK button. 

    Note
    Entering Comments & Add Attachments is optional. 
    Click the 

    OK to Confirm your Request.  

  6. You will be prompted with a comment box for each of your majors and minors. The title of the major/minor is listed in the header of the comment box. Comments and attachments should be provided for anything that needs explanation or additional approval that does not show as satisfied on your My Academic Requirements Report.

  7. Click the OK button to confirm your request.If you do not wish to continue, you can click the Cancel button to cancel your request. 
  8. The request will then be routed to the workflow list of the assigned advisor and dean for review/approvalClick OK to submit your comments with your Final Plan of Study. Once submitted, you will receive an email confirmation and your plan of study will be routed directly to your advisor. You can you monitor your Final Plan of Study status through View My Plan of Study Approvals.
