  1. Launch Chrome
  2. On the browser toolbar, click More  select the menu button (may appear as 3 vertical dots in the top right corner corner )
  3. Select More Tools
  4. Select Clear Browsing Data 
  5. Once you’re in the menu, make sure that Cookies and other site data and Cached images and files are both checked.
  6. The drop-down menu at the top of the allows you to select the amount of data that you want to delete. If you would like to delete everything, select All time.
  7. Ensure that Cookies and Cache are selected and the range is set to "All time".
  8. Select Clear Data

  1. Launch the browserFirefox.
  2. At the top right hand corner of the browser click the menu button 
  3. Select the History Icon from the list of icons 
  4. Select Clear Recent History 
  5. Change the Time range to clear to Everything 
  6. Click the arrow to the left of details and deselect all the checked boxes except for cache
  7. Click on Options
  8. Select Security and Privacy
  9. Scroll down to "Cookies and Site Data" and select Clear Data
  10. Ensure both cookies and cache are selected
  11. Select Clear Now

  1. Launch Edge

  4. Select Clear All History
  5. Check off Cookies and saved website data and Cached data and files
  6. Click ClearHistory and then Clear Browsing Data
  7. Change the time range to "All time"
  8. Ensure Cookies and Cache are selected
  9. Click Clear Now

  3. Go to Safari>Quit Safari and the browser will close
