These instructions describe the process of picking up and dropping off a device to the Technology Support Center's Device Support team.

If you are receiving a new machine or freshly re-imaged machine, be sure to login for the first time while on campus. If you wait until you get off-campus to login for the first time, Windows may not be able to load your account. More details are provided in an included informational sheet. |
Pickup or Drop-off Procedure
- You will receive a link (provided below) in your Jira ticket that asks you to schedule a time to drop off / pick up your device. This is also the location to pickup loaner laptops/iPads.
- At your scheduled time, go to the Homer Babbidge Library North Entrance located at 369 Fairfield Way.
15-Minute Short Term Parking can be found next to the Library loading dock
Long Term Parking (Longer than 15 Minute) can be found in the South Garage.
- The Technical Service Center Quick Support Desk is located just inside the library doors. If you need help finding the office, call 860-486-6540 and a Support Specialist will assist you.
