These instructions describe the process of picking up and dropping off a device to the Technology Support Center - 's Device Support team.

Note

If you are receiving a new machine or freshly re-imaged machine, be sure to login for the first time while on campus. If you wait until you get off-campus to login for the first time, Windows may not be able to load your account. More details are provided in an included informational sheet.

Pickup or Drop-off Procedure

  1. You will receive a link (provided below) in your Jira ticket that asks you to schedule a time to drop off / pick up your device. This is also the location to pickup loaner laptops/iPads.

  2. At your scheduled time, please go to the Homer Babbidge Library North Entrance located at 369 Fairfield Way.

  3. The Technical Service Center Quick Support Desk is located just inside the library doors. If you need help finding the office, call 860-486-6540 and a Support Specialist will assist you.
